Total scam!!!!
I purchased a 'free' 30 day sample of teeth whitening from this Smile Bright internet company. At the time, two teeth whitening companies were advertising different products which should be used in conjunction to gain maximum effect.
Gleamify wouldnt accept my debit card details but Smile Bright did - this really annoyed me as it was the two products together i wanted. I realise I have been totally fooled as it was just a scam!!! Instead of Smile Bright taking £2.95 out of my bank, they took £32!!! When i
I eventually got through to the company which is based in America (cost me a fortune using my phone) and
I was told by the guy that i had actually signed up for a fitness advice centre and i couldnt get out of it as i should have cancelled in the first 3 days after purchase!! I was absolutely raging as their website didnt say anything about this and there was no mention of any fitness site which i certainly would not have signed up for!!! Ive called my bank who are sorting this fraud out!!! I hope they catch and jail the scammers who are doing this as they a have no right to take innocent peoples money for nothing at all!!! I still havnt even received the 'free' sample too whitening!!! Please if anyone can do anything about these scammers please do!!! Not so happy bunny!!!

fraud
Charged my card 89 dollars before i recieved my product and it was suppose to be a free trial. They promised me a full refund which I have not ever got and every time i call they won't help me and hang up on me. They are a big rip off and a fraud.

Refund
I ordered a trial but found out from my dentists that I had too many fillings in my front teeth that this product would not work for me. I tried contacting them with no response until the time frame to send it back had run out. They ask me to contact my phone company to confirm that I had called several times before the time was up. They finally okayed my refund and told me it would be posted immediately. From December until now, March 12, this has not happened. Then they told me it was Visa's problem and then told me to work it out with my bank. This is total run around. I would gladly accept other products that I can use in the amount of my refund just so I can get something for my money.
I would appreciate any help I can get.

this company offered a free trial and it was in conjunctionwith bellabrite two companies with the same employees taking 78.41 from your account automatically and fradulently please do not answer this ad it should be a major shut down of these scam artist.

taking unauthorised monies
I like the other people on this site I applied for free trials with some of these companies but have since only received the first items I was expecting but had alot of money taken out of my account but received no products. The bank have given me phone umbers to cancel them but think I'm ulikely to get my money back. Does aybody know if there is a way of getting it back?

thief!!!
this teeth whitening company is a complete rip off. i went on their website over a month ago... never even bought anything... only to find they had helped themselves to my money in my debit card... more thn a month later. this is disgusting behaviour!!!

no refund
After being informed that my credit card was charged $88.97 as a monthly membership (which I obviously was unaware of) I immediately emailed this company to cancel this so called agreement and to credit the charge to my credit card and to send me the proper address to return this unwanted product. In my opinion this is a scam which should not only be stopped but should be deemed illegal. The charge was not credited and I was not imformed as to the address to send back this UNWANTED product.

Cancelling Trial Impossible
I am within my 10 trial to cancel. I have been trying to cancel on the phone now holding for one hour. I will continue to stick with this but I already feel like this is a scam. And when I called last night they had a message saying that Saturdays was their least busy time.

6 unauthorised charge to my account
After I ordered the free trial kit of teeth whitening from the website whitebrites.com . I just had to pay $4.99 for shiping, 2 weeks later I had charged $88.97 twice+ $9.99 twice !!! to my account. Not yet, the next day there was $29.99 charged to my account from a club ?! in Virginia which is I have no idea what it was cuz I'm living in Texas and have never been to Virginia before. I did call to cancel and ask for the refund, they said it would take 5-7 days for the full refund to go back to my account, and I'm looking forward to that. But again, today I just checked my account and found out there was another $58.76 charged to my account from dazzlewhite whithout my authorization !!! again, I called dazzlewhite and they said it would take 5-7 days to refund my money!!!????? Now I dont want any charge to my account again, and please remove my name on your list.
