Fraud advertisement and unauthorized charges
FORMAL NOTICE TO EASY WHITE AND MAX WHITE BOTH
I did not order $78 worth of stuff...I see on my bank account you have charged this amount and I did not approve it. Please cancel any prescription or subscription if you have me down for any type of monthly charge cancel it immediately!
All I ordered was a sample as advertised. I am talking to Ed (9am EST 5/6/2009) with your company now and I'm waiting for a conference call with his supervisor. He just came back and set up no conference call, he just came back and gave me an RMA # of 12609299. I haven't even opened the plastic bag containing the gel and teeth trays verified with the first picture below, my husband and the post office official here in town seen it before I shippied it this morning also. I am sending a picture of it before mailing back to you with the RMA# beside of it and the copy of the printed order sheet I made at the time of the order to: 6899 Winchester Circle Suite 103, Boulder, CO. 80301-3698 for a full refund as you promised of $78.23. You already have the $6.99 assumable for shipping and my payment of $17.50 for return shipment is gladly given to the USPS company to return your deceitful product of which I have no desire to try and will fully explain to all I can that you are a hoax! Be aware I have copies of all internal items and pamphlets.
I haven't even had the stuff a week but Ed said 10 days? (The pamphlet says 15 days) I didn't order it until 4/23/09 and didn't receive it until Friday last week which would be 05/01/09 for heaven's sake people that's only 5 days ago! This is a rip off and I will not be a part of such deceit even if I did have that kind of money to waste!
I reported you to the BBB (this eMail copied to them also) and given them the heads up on the information that was given to me about giving me $35.00 instant refund, right, that's not even half of the $78.23! Ed told me I couldn't have my money back because my time was up...after telling me I still had time for a 10 trial! For that kind of money I can buy new teeth! No way people! My teeth could be black and I would have no part of this lying, unrighteous sales company!
You will receive the package tomorrow because I've already sent it overnight and insured it for $100.00 and the tracking number is EH 644870639 US at 10:40am EST on 05/06/2009 along with the RMA#12609299 on the outside of the envelope as requested as confirmed below in the second picture. I insured it made pictures of which I'm including for your records! I have not received the eMail that Ed informed me I was going to get in this RMA regards, so this is the best I could do for now. I will copy this letter to that eMail as soon as I receive it.

I want to see the advertisment changed (THE PART OF ONLY PAYING SHIPPING IS WRONG!!!) it should be in BIG RED letters on the front of the add the fact that there will be a charge of $78.23 charged after the 10 day trial period starting after the customer has received the product and if not satisfied in the 30 day supply they could cancel the order before they're charged the monthly fee of $78.23 (Also it's unsanitary to return the unused portion's so it should be illeagal to return any portions they need to figure out a way to charge more than the shipping fee in case they do cancel...also, there is no way to contact these people via phone or internet because it's all automated where unfriendly user software. I had to call and call and call and the internet gave me the option to write and if it hadn't been for that option I'd never have gotten through to anyone to get this issue taken care of before the 10 day trial was over...I'TS A HOAX!!! IT NEEDS TO STOP!!! IT'S FALSE ADVERTISMENT AND THEY SHOULD BE SUED FOR THAT IT'S FRAUD!!!
***Very Important Note*** THIS IS FOR YOU ALAN You are reported to BBB and reported all over!!! Even though I couldn't understand your accent you will hear from someone who can!!!
The only way I know is to cancel the card and get a new one but still have to watch for international fees that happen when they try to charge your account!

did not receive free sample
I requested a free sample to try to whiten my teeth. I never received my free sample and received the three step product. I used the product once. Then I noticed a charge for $88.97 on my debit card. I called 1-888-279-0604 and explained this to the company. I was told to get credit because I never received the sample product I would have to file a complaint online. The person I called also cancelled my subscription for any further product delivery.

taking money
signed up for a free trial kit for shipping and handling fee then got charged for it about 2 weeks later. i called and talked to them and someone talked to me that sounded like they were from india. i could hardly understand her. she was talking so fast i finally said fine i just do not want you to send anything else to me. cancel anything that you think i ordered. if you try and take any more money out of my account i will have my bank block you. the girl said that she canceled my order. the product doesn't work as good as other products that i have used

Calling 15 times a date
These people have called my house at least 25 times in the past 2 days. I have informed them that we are on the federal do not call registry and a "foreign" sounding person tells me to disregard the calls. But, they keep calling back.
No kidding, but they've been calling at times less than 10 minutes apart.
I can't get them to stop. Who do I report them to?

charged s/h also billed for product
First when I called customer service I could not understand a word that was spoken to me. Is this company in the United States? I ordered product on 05/13/2009 recieved product on 05/21/2009. I paid for s/h and had not had a chance to try product and was charged the 78.00 on 05/23/2009. I imediately got on the phone with customer service and told I want my account closed and did not want the product. However, I was charged full price for the product and no refund. This is a scam to drain innocent peoples checking accounts. I have never heard of a company that starts a trial offer before you recieve product. I plan on investigating this in more detail and uncovering the fraud against hard working AMERICANS such as myself!!!

CHARGED MY ACCOUTN 78.93
I was charged 78.93 and i made sure that is was only to be charged the trial amount but i got charged before i could recieve the product and use it i think this is a scam because they dont give you a chance to try the product out how can you advertise something to try when you dont give the customer chance to use to know whether or not they want it or not. here is a copy of my bank statement where it shows my transactionsDate Range : 05/01/2009 ~ 05/31/2009

Over Charge
In early April 2009 I purchased a product called "Teeth Whitening" for $6.99 & charged it on my Master Card Debit Card & on 4/10/09 I saw a charge of $78.93 for "Teeth Whitening."
I immediately called Advanced Wellness Research @ 1-866-484-2863 & was told that the charge was authorized. I then went to my bank & they also said the charge was authorized & that I have to dispute the charge directly with the merchant. Who can help me in getting this unauthorized charge reversed ?

No Free Product
Ad very misleading. Free product cost me $69.99 plus $1.99 S&H. Then they sent me another for $54.98. After several phone calls, t hey credited my credit card $30. I paid close to $100 for one free sample which I cancelled via email. They claimed that it should have be done by a phone call. Sure I didnt read all the fine print, I will never do that again but I did see where I could cancel before 14 days and it would only cost be $1.99 for free sample. I have yet to call Better Business but I will come Monday morning. This can not be allowed to carry on during these hard times. People are actually stealing our money.

over charged
I order the teeth whitening gel for $4.99 on April 12, 2009, I checked the box that I didnt want any additional products. Why the hell am I billed $78.93 on my check card. This a damn rip off, that someone needs to look at. I am so sick of people scamming people at this day and age. I tried calling and I got some guy from India, telling me I had 14 days to cancel, well I checked the box on the Web site, duhhh.
That should have taken care of it. Now I am out of $78.93, I havent tried the stuff yet.

Not happy w/product & Overcharged
I ordered the trial teeth whitening product on March 30 and was charged $6.99 on March 30. I received the product two days later, tried it and hated the mouthpiece. I understood that I would be charged $78.93 after 15 days for the next order. Instead I was chargd this amount and an international fee on April 13, and didn't receive anything. Now I have been charged $85.92 and another international fee and still no product.
I called the company and spoke to a rude customer service rep. He told me the $78.93 was the cost for the TRIAL!! I asked him if there was a money-back guarentee because the product has not worked and the mouth guard was painful. He told me no. He would not refund the money only cancel the futue shipments. I asked for a refund of the $85.92 charge and he told me I would have to pay for the product to be shipped back to the company before he would do that. If I refused the package, I would not receive a refund at all. I informed him I was contacting the BBB and it didn't phase him in the least.
I will be calling the BBB and posting on my Facebook page the terrible experience I have had with this company. I ordered this product from the ad on Facebook. I won't make that mistake again.
