http://juliasteeth.com/ and other websites indentical to this website are scams trying to lure people in and steal their money. I ordered both products but only received one--Easy White. After ten days I still had not received the "Teeth Whitening Pro" aka Max White Teeth (Advanced Wellness Research, Inc.), so I called them to ask about the product. Phillip Johnson (who sounds just like "William Smith" whom I spoke to later) offered to extend the free-trail for an additional 28 days and assured me my credit card would not be charged. I had him repeat that my credit card would not be charged and he repeated it to me. The 28 days would have expired on May 26, 2009, but on May 21, 2009 my credit card was showing a pending charge of $78.93. I called them to explain that I STILL had not received the product and also to ask WHY my credit card had been charged when I was assured I would received an additional 28 days. He had me confirm my home address and said that the product was shipped. I explained I have not received the prodcut and I want my fair trial before I decided whether or not I want to purchase the products, so I expect my credit card to be credited until I receive the product. He put me on hold and came back with "Okay, I am not supposed to do this for anyone, but for YOU I will offer a discounted price on the next shipment..." I cut him off and told him I was not interested in a discount on a future shipment when I have not even received the first shipment. I repeated that I want my credit card credited and he said "We do not give refunds, but..." I cut him off again and said "Unless you're going to tell me that you're going to credit my credit card, I am not interested in any other offers." He tried once more to make me another offer before I told him that I was contacting my bank and disputing the charge. I ended the call with "DO NOT ship me the product after all, I am no longer intersted." I then disconnected the call.
I have just filed a complaint with the Division of Consumer Services of Florida and I encourage all other victims to do so as well at http://app1.800helpfla.com/cswebcomplaints/FileComplaint.aspx. These people need to be stopped, and if we continue to allow these type of businesses to exist, soon enough we would not be able to trust any legitmate organization.
On a positive note, the Easy White company shipped my product immediately (which I still have not used since I was hoping to try the two together), and I was able to cancel future orders ONLINE! I received a confirmation that my order has been cancelled and have not noticed any additional charges on my credit card from them.
