This is one o f two companies in a supposed story about a woman in Green Valley AZ who used two different teeth whitning products to whiten her teeth. The other is called "Bright white." Bright white charged only $3.87 to my visa account while TeethID charged $49.95 after everything I read prior to seeing the charge indicated the charge would only be a few dollars (never was an actual amount indicated nor were the terms and conditions made available to me to read until after I had placed the order and saw a link at the bottom of the receipt).
When I called to cancel the order and to have my payment refunded they were adment in not wanting to refund the funds. I was passed to two other people and threatning to report them to Visa for Fraudulent charges was I able to get them to agree to refund the money I had been charged. It took over 30 minutes of very persistant talking to them and threatning to report them to Visa for fraudulent use of their Visa merchant accouont before they finally agreed to refund the money. Even then they said it would take 48 to 72 hours.
Ima still going t report their activity ot Visa as a questionable merchant under the terms they are supposed to abide by as a merchant account holder with Visa.
