I recently bought a LCD tv from Teknosa and tried to return it within hours of turning it on. When I was at Teknosa, the TV viewing was perfect, but when I turned it on at home, it was terrible. The fast moving objects were blurry and hard to follow.
When I called them, they stated that they would charge me an open box fee of 15% of the total and give the rest of the money back in the form of a gift certificate. ON THE RECEIPT, IT STATES THAT A FULL REFUND WOULD BE CREDITED BACK TO YOU WITHOUT ANY OPEN BOX FEE WITHIN 8 DAYS. Even the website states: "if you are not happy with the product, within those days, we will give you your money back." When I called the main office, they told me "they dont care and to go to court." I tried to take it back several times but they reject it every time. This is a direct violation of their board of ethics site, website, and written documents. This is boarder line FRAUD.
