I won 2 items from teksaves on ebay (350350524414 and 350350524601) on 5/12/2010. In the auction, they clearly stated UPS shipping for $23.08 each for a total of $46.16.

After the auction was over, they invoiced me $65 for shipping on both items, which was $18.84 over the price stated. I called their support number, and was rudely told, he would have to call me back after he spoke with a supervisor.

They called me back that day, and said they would charge me the $46.16 for shipping (as originally stated). I received a invoice on 5/13/2010 with the correct shipping charge, then on 5/14/2010, they invoiced me again with 2 separate invoices for $13.77 for shipping each. That made the third invoice, with different shipping amounts. They again refused to honor the lower shipping price.

On 5/17/2010, payment was made for both items, and I immediately (within 5 minutes), emailed them, asking for them to provide the UPS tracking number upon shipment.

On 5/18/2010, they sent me a FEDEX tracking number for the items, I again emailed them, noting that they stated UPS shipping in the auction, and due to problems with FEDEX in this area, I needed UPS shipment as they stated.

Their reply was "we show fedex delivered the package, we can prove it".

I have requested through ebay and paypal disputes, a refund of the shipping I paid, since they advertised UPS, and NOT FEDEX, so far the company has refused.

I would like to note, that this company tried violating ebay policy by charging more for shipment, than was originally stated in the auction, and then they sent me 3 different invoices for shipping charges. They then outright lied about the shipping method. They stated in the paypal dispute response, they could not put FEDEX as the shipping method, so they put UPS in place, knowingly lying about their shipping methods.

I find this companies policies fraudulent, and deceiving, if they are going to ship UPS, they need to state UPS, they also need to stick with the shipping charges stated in the auction.

They so far have refused to refund shipping, so paypal is reviewing the dispute;
