I signed up for a $25 phone calling card online and was put on the flex plan. I wasn't aware that Tel3 services are sold through multiple agents/websites and have different pr0mos/discounts. I am using the Tel3 account strictly through payphone use, therefore incurring mandatory payphone surcharges per call. I discovered two days later that a 30% off for 30 days was available and wasn't offered.
I requested a plan switch and charge adjustment, I was told a switch would be made in 2 - 48 hrs. It has now been over that time and now I am told it will be 48 - 72 hrs. for a switch due to one person in there development department, really???? Not my problem
I talked to two so called supervisors and they said they would expedite the request, yeah, right!!!
I will be reporting Tel3 to the FCC due to this shell game of rate plans. I was expecting a reputable company, sorry it doesn't appear to be one. They accepted payment in less than minute and it takes over two days to effect a plan change, sorry UNACCEPTABLE, PERIOD!!!
