It has been four months and still can't get it to work
I ordered Jupiter Jack back in AUG, 09 two weeks before my wife's birthday and upgarded the jupiter so I would make sure it would work. Paid extra to amount to about $50.00.

It took till October to receive it and I was never told it would take that long. Once I got it, the connectors to fit a phone did not work on her phone. Again, I never asked the model to insure it would work with it.

I was told I could order the new connector for $2.99 which I did. I told them the model number and make. I received the connector today 12/7/09 and they send the wrong one. That has been four months and still can't get it to work. NEVER, NEVER purhcase from them.

Ridiculously misleading, pushy business practices
Rediculously misleading, pushy bussiness practices! These guys are out to fool you into crap you don't need or want. This is the only company I've ever placed an order with where your total bill and price breakdown was given AFTER they accept your order. You get bombarded with ads for other services and products during your checkout process and even AFTER you palce the order someone CALLS you up to sell you some more crap - during the call they claimed to just want to "confirm address" but actually managed to trick me into trial subscription to services I explicitly said I'm not interested in!!!

As I'm writting this I'm waiting to their seemingly non-existant "Customer Service" - my call has now been dropped second time after waiting 10min on hold in each call.

Unauthorized changes
First Outrage; I was sent and charged for two orders of "The Perfect Button" when I only ordered one increasing the tatal to $44.63

Second Outrage; one set was broken!

Third and worst outrage of all; I was refunded only $23.96! I could hardly understand the foriegn customer service rep with his oh so empty

"Vrrie sawrries." After all shipping and handling charges it would have been cheaper to have kept it! I'm sure thats what they counted on!

(By the way I paid for return shipping).

I will never purchase a telebrand product again. And it has made me very

leary of any mail order purchase! Worst they have my credit card number!!

overcharge
we ordered one 'crazy critters' dog toy for $10.00 . our bank account was charged $23.99 TWICE in a row. we have not received satisfactory response from the service number provided. we are stopping payment at our bank on one of the charges.

This product is a fraud!
I can’t believe that TeleBrands can get away with their claim that “one size fits all–for men and women.” I have a size 10 foot and they are WAY TOO BIG for me. I even cut off the big and small toes to try to use them on my middle toes and they are still too big. This product is a fraud!

I don't think any woman who has left a positive comment about Pampered Toes has actually tried them.

How can they help me? Either give me back the $10 I spent at Bed, Bath & Beyond or make a pair of Pampered Toes that fits normal feet.

The absolute worst online experience I can remember
We received the wrong order, took forever to even reach someone to return it. They said they'd rebate the shipping, but did not. The service is so terrible I'll not even pursue this further! I'll never use or recommend this company--the absolute worst online experience I can remember.

overcharging
I placed an order for Bottlecaps on November 13, 2009. I ordered from the website, they ask for the creditcard first. I wanted this product for $9.99 plus shipping...Thats all, and all of a sudden, a window pops up saying thank you for your order, your credit card will be charged $45.94. What??? Oh forgot to mention it adds many other things to the order automatically. Did not let me confirm or anything. The order is done, I cannot go back. I called immediately to cancel the order, they informed me it was not in their system, that I had to call back in 24 hours. I did, thought all was good, then on December 17, 2009, I had a charge from them for the $45.94 and received an email saying it was shipped and estimated delivery was December 26, 2009. You have got to be kidding me...I cancelled this a month ago after feeling like I was railroaded into this huge order.
On their website, they said it ships out in 7 to 10 days. When I did not get charged in that period, I thought all as good. So I call to get my money back, they will not refund until they get their product back, they say it takes 3 to 4 days. However they offered to take $10.00 off if I would keep their product. Absolutely not, I told them. They find my order in their computer, and can see that I called to cancel directly after placing the order, but since they don't have a record of me calling 24 hours later, they shipped it anyway. This is a total scam and needs to be shut down.

Scam charges
Ordered Pedi-Paws and nowhere are you able to edit or cancel your order. Order was supposed to be for 2 Pedi-Paws totalling $40.00 and when order was finished the total was $103.95. Was not able to edit or cancel the order on line. After, phoning the company, I was told I had to wait 2 days for the updating of their computer. After, 2 days I called and they told me they were cancellating my order and I would receive a credit on my credit card. My credit card is still showing the $103.95 charge. I have not been reimbursed.

Bad experience
Telebrands is a fraud company. Never get in their trap.

I got the Air press massager delivered on 5th May 09. The product was faulty. I sent it back to the co. on 8th May. They confirmed me that they have received the product back on 11th May. I still haven't got the refund of Rs 2999/-. I paid Rs 3280/- at the time of delivery since postman asked for the money order charges. Every time i call the telebrands customer care I get the answer we have dispatched the cheque on 1st June. I have not received any cheque till now. They are not giving any satisfying answer & nor they are refunding my money. I had to courier charges of rs 400/- as well to send the faulty product back. With your help I want Product cost & courier cost refund.

Their customer care number is never reachable. One has to try 30-60 mins to reach them. They donot even respond on mail.

Unauthorized charges
I made the mistake of ordering a Ped Egg from the Telebrands website. Somewhere in the purchase process, there was an offer for a pair of silver and garnet earrings for the "shipping and handling" price of $6.99. I don't remember agreeing to it, but several weeks later, I received a package with silver and garnet earrings and a silver and garnet pendant. Telebrands charaged my credit card $39.00 for the pendant that I did not order, plus $13.98 for the "shipping and handling" for each item. I sent it all back after speaking to Telebrands on the phone. They claimed that I agreed to get addtional and future jewelry shipments, which I did not. Now they refunded the $39.99 for the pendant, but kept the $13.98 for shipping and handling. So, I am out that money and have not earrings. They are crooks, so don't buy anything from Telebrands online, or they will illegally charge your credit card for items that you did not buy.
