They claim the have been in business for 18 years and a rated AAA on the Better business bureau.They spam craigslist everywhere making these false claims. cannot find a clue as how a company serving NY for 18 years cannot be found in any business directory and they are not listed on the BBB. BBB does not even have a AAA the highest is A+ and when you call their 800 number they answer phoneguys from CA not even a local company. The immediately try to bait and switch you. I called on a add for a nortel system that was just posted .10minute old add and they said they were sold out and tried to upgrade me.
