I had paid for 16GB spy Pen along with Spy Ear on 22.02.2010 as appeared in 20.02.2010 advertisement in Times Of India through online payment of HDFC. Subsequently I received 8GB Spy pen instead of 16GB for which I have been Charged.I had contacted the customer cell of Online shopping of Times several times.As told by Customer Service I had sent the defective material to M/S Telesonic on 25.03.2010 along with spy ear Charger etc.When I had not received the replacement within 10 working days as claimed by Times I have once again approached the Customer Service centre requesting them to cancel my order on 10.04.2010. My complaint no. is 209160 since then I am asking for refund of my money but till today all my efforts put in vain. I had contacted the customer service not less than 25 times spending much more than the product for phone call. Now I shall be compelled to lodge the complaint at Consumer Forum.Now I accept at least you shall coordinate for early refund
