I agree 100% on this and in fact, I am contacting the Federal Communications bureau regarding these scammers. I noticed that this company (TeleUno) was charging me about $5.95-$8.00 per month on my bill and the same thing happened to me, I would get the round around and no one that was able to speak English to were we could understand each other. I asked to speak to someone in spanish since I speak it myself and they canceled my services but told me that I will not get any credits since I have authorize the charges. They finally played an EDITED recording where all I say is Yes or Correct and I KNOW that this is not me. They refused to credit anything to my account even after I treathened to get a lawyer. Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done but to get the word out...be aware. If any of you have had the same problem, let's all get together and file a lawsuit on these pigs. If you are 100% into it, email me at [email protected] and if someone can provide us with legal help we will go all the way. Think about all the people that they are scamming.
