I have never recieved terrible service like the service I received today. Susan (Kimberley Branch), firstly started by ill treating her colleague in my presence which was not impresive, for I usually use Hertz and the gentleman there is very professional. I drove and heard an irritatingly rattling noise at the back wheel of the TATA and stopped when I was thirteen kilometres far as it was becoming louder as the speed increased. Called the customer line and informed them as they advices me to go to the airport, went there and there was Susan, notified her of my problem and she gave me a frawn (probably insinuating that I was lying), she proceeded to call the driver to verify for she did not take my work for it. A white lady stormed in and indicated that her car (Picanto) was shacking while she was driving and said she wanted another car, her attention shifted from me to her (new client) and she helped her for the lady was thrwing her toys out of her cort.
Upon my return the driver confirmed and Susan kept on insisting that there was nothing wrong with the car and she had an attitude. She made sure that the last word was always hers. Not impressive at all.
