Recently - I came across with a person, who bought templategang.com template premium set. They claimed to be providing premium html / flash templates over 5000 + 3000 nos with all source files.
Their FAQ does not say that - all the templates need to be downloaded in 48 hours. Upon asking them specifically of the time limit, they simply said that - templates are available instantly.

Once subscribed - my friend was asked to download all 5+ GB data instantly within 48 hours, else subscription expires. Their server was giving error in downloading, but their support did not bother to respond in 24 hours. He could download 2/3 files - containing html and flash templates. The downloaded files reflected very poor quality (compared to premium templates being claimed) and mostly were without source files e.g. psd / fla etc (again compared to claim they make on their site).

Very poor quality stuff, arrogant people and big cheat even for small money. Above all, these were all pirated templates.

Anyone looking for templates must be beware of templategang.com
