I bought a tennis in Factory 413 online store.
When I was doing the order, the status of the product was - AVAILABLE.
I finished the purchase. I received a email from store asking me to send a image of my credit card (it is a international credit card).
I sent the image of the credit card as they asked me.
So, I received a email telling me that the purchase was complete (the credit card was OK, etc).
But 3 days ago I received a new email saying:
Apologies for the inconvenience, but due to an error in our inventory system we currently do not have the following item(s) in stock:
VAIDER - TUF BLACK
At this time we are refunding the purchase amount on your card. If you wish to place another order we would be happy to cover the cost of expedited shipping, just give us a call at 323.936.0290.
The store simply refunded the ammount withou give me any alternative. Don't got with the factory, SUPRA, one tennis... Just say I made a mistake, sorry, here is your money back.
The tennis was a gift and My friend was leaving US 28th february. Maybe they could fix the error, but they even try it.
It is a shame.
