Scam and rip off
I bought an internet baby site back in october 2008 and recieved training from tenretni right up to the time I was ready to send my site live. Then they told me they were being investigated by trading standards and completly cut me off from any communications and I can now no longer run my web site as it has been taken off the web. I have sent them numerous emails to all concerned, but as yet have had no reply to emails and phone calls. I find this disgraceful and would like to help stop them trading and ripping other innocent people off.

Fraud and scam
Same old same old. Like everyone else I also purchased a site from Dean Taylor. I was also persuaded to pay cash directly into his account to save money on ebay fee's. I spent £945 on this site, it was listed on ebay for £995. What a waste of money, it keeps getting rejected from google. After sales service was very poor and I am still no furthur forward with my site since I bought and it has also not made me one penny.

Unbelievable
This company lured me into a purchase of two websites on Ebay. for a total of $6, 000.00 U.S. I spoke to the head of this company directly through Emails and by phone. He promised me a total refund if I wasn't completely satisfied!! COMPLETELY SATISFIED???? I'm not even remotely satisfied! These people lied to me from DAY ONE! they promised training i never got! they promised availablity I NEVER GOT! then when I begged them for a refund after SEVERAL AND I MEAN SEVERAL ATTEMPS AT EMAIL TO EVERY PERSON WITHIN THE COMPANY! They just completely ignored me and my attempts to rectifiy the situation. I emailed them the last time at the end of December to BEG them to help me get the sites running as I was soon to be laid off from my job and didn't have another way out..THEY IGNORED THAT REQUEST THAT PLEA!!! completely ignored me! and NOW? one of the sites isn't even operational anymore..it's just gone!!! with NO EXPLAINATION!! and the other site WAS NEVER FINISHED!!!

Lack of conscience
Tenretni Ltd make their money through deception. They lie, cheat and fool you into thinking their websites and training packages are a great and easy way to make money and improve your life. Dean Taylor gained my confidence just long enough to get his hands on my hard earned cash. I once viewed people as good and bad - I now have a third group Tenretni Ltd. They took my money without a thought. Tenretni Ltd have two faces- one that smiles when you are helping further their agenda and being fooled by them and another that turns cold when you no longer support their scheming and ask for a refund. They lie, tell half-truths and evade direct questions. One thing Tenretni Ltd has perfected - a total lack of conscience. BE WARNED AND BE AWARE!!!

Scam and cheating
I bought a site from Tenretni for £1500 after my Dad had just died, I don't want to go all x-factor but I had lost my full time job too. I was excited and ready to graft for results, looking back there were signs early on that these guys were Not Kosher for eg:missed deadlines, unaswered calls... but I guess I wanted to beleive and I think having a Tutor to reasure me made the whole sharade alot more beleivable...I spent on Google and Yahoo and Post robot and now feel gutted anyway its all a scam and I have spoken to a gentlemen who heard Dean Taylor telling a client he would send details of a satisfied customer he nominated Chris Taylor another (Tenretni Director) so they have been giving each others details as proof!! SCUM! Chris Young now says he was only a consultant wonder when Peter, Amy, Joanne, Dean and all the other lowlives will say the same!

Scam and lies
On November 2008 I bought from Tenretni ltd the bronze business for £995. What persuaded me to buy this business was not only the excellent letter (www.websites4wealth.co.uk) but also the positive feedback from Ebay buyers. I was looking for a home business to increase my low income and hopefully quit my current job. When I got in touch with them by phone and spoke with Chris Young (one of the instructors) I believed that I was in safe hands. Soon the training started. Christmas was approaching and I was urged to study the material they gave me as soon as possible. Not long after the training started though I came to a point I couldn't follow their instructions. It was too hard nearly impossible to find the cheapest products linked with deep links. So I emailed Amy Staples and asked her that I would like to deactivate my website and have a refund. Surprisingly she couldn't help me with the problem I encountered with the deep links. A few weeks later though they did deactivate my website but they didn't give me a refund. On the website (websites4wealth) they state" If after deciding to come on board, 90 days down the line you decide it was an absolute waste of time and you haven't made your initial investment back then not only will I give you a full refund (yes you read that right a 90 day guarantee is unheard of), but I will also write you or your favourite charity a cheque for £100 on the spot". This is a big scam!!

I don't say that affiliates are a scam. It is a legitimate business and you have to pay tax for your earnings. But there is no way you can make thousands of pounds as Tenretni claim to. And they will not give you a refund. As far as the business I bought from Tenretni is concerned not only I didn't make my initial investment back but I couldn't even finish my training since they didn't help me with the problems I coped with.

It is noteworthy to say that Chris Young (one of the instructors) left that company. He emailed me shortly before I quit this business that he left Tenretni ltd because he was offered a good position back in the motor trade. If that business was so profitable why he left Tenretni to do something completely different to what he used to do?

I was so foolish to believe their claims. I was rushed to buy their business because I was desperate to change my low paying job.

Scam and cheating
My story mirrors all the others. I paid Tenretni £1, 500 for a website and training package. Dean Taylor assured me all along the way that everything was genuine and that I would soon be making money.

The website was certainly not fit for purpose and the training package was non- existent. On asking for a refund, the email reply from Peter Staples stated "we are unable to consider a refund in this instance".

Online scam
Late Nov 2008 I decided to follow my dream and eventually sail off in to the sunset by following the route of purchasing a 'very lucrative business' internet website off of ebay. I spoke to Joanne at length, as did my husband, and was persuaded that I should check out all the scam information sites to see if I could find anything detrimental about the company, and of course I did and subsequently found nothing bad. We also believed, maybe naively, that as Dean was a platinum seller on ebay and with all the testimonials, this company could be trusted. So following this I bought a site for £1995.00 with the promise of a 'very lucrative business' that could see profits of up to £10, 000 a month, all I had to do was follow the training and work hard (all of this I was more than prepared to do). I was promised that the site would be up and running in 5 days.

Well my very first taster was the fact that I had to chase them to actually buy the site. I could not pay via paypal as it was too much money to go through in one transaction especially near Christmas; at the time I thought this to be a real pain but now I feel this was the best way, as I can now at least put the matter in the hands of the credit card company. I have had to chase and chase to get anything through on the site. Appointments made with them have been constantly broken, they have either been too busy, moving offices, not in, in but not available, my appointment not booked in, my appointment was booked in but the person was nowhere to be found, off sick, etc.. etc.. I did eventually get a site up, but whether it is finished or not I am not sure, as for one thing my astore is not fitting on the page and Amy cannot fix it to fit so only part of it is showing. Also, unfortunately this was weeks after Christmas and way too late for the best possible timing of the site. Many times during this phase I repeatedly asked for any marketing training possible, but was advised that I 'had' to follow the procedures and the marketing would come soon enough! Anyway, persevering and with time dragging on and on, I started to market the site on my own via ezine articles; no-one at the company had told me to do this I found out about this off my own back and decided to give it a try (was I ever over the moon when I had my first article published!). I have since had 8 published with 10 click through (no sales though!), all with no assistance from the promised trainers! I have had no marketing training whatsoever except for 3 phone calls with John M, a great guy that did not actually work for them but was paid to help train people in the marketing of sites, which resulted in me creating a blog page. Sadly then John left and apart from one pre-arranged telephone call to Joanne, which resulted in her being too busy to talk to me and after me kicking up a fuss she spared me 2 minutes to advise me to join 6 UK advertising sites, which I then pointed out were no good to me as I had been allocated an American site; she then gave me the names of 6 USA sites to join, 2 of which I subsequently found out did not exist, 1 had to have a US address to join and another I could not sign in to! I then tried unsuccessfully numerous times to call tenretni but the phone rang out constantly and Joannes' cell phone was switched off! Finally I decided that I was getting nowhere and nothing I could say or do would change the situation, and so e-mailed Peter for a refund citing all the problems. Peter replied 2 days later saying that he would look into it and give me a reply in 7 days. I heard nothing and then chased him up on the phone repeatedly over the following 3 weeks; I received a reply last week saying 'Sorry, but a refund is not appropriate in this instance, but if I could supply proof of my non-earnings he would look into the matter again'. I have since sent further information and am awaiting a reply.

At the time of writing I have had the site for 98 days and have not earned a penny from it. It is obvious that the promised expertise and indepth training is a complete myth by the company, no-one has time for me and worst of all no-one cares in the slightest. People at the company blatantly lie, there is no customer service and worst of all they are still advertising sites for sale on ebay and will continue to take peoples' money.
