I ordered a customized research paper on December 2 from the website. My own research was not going well so I wanted to see what conclusions someone else would come to on my topic. I asked for 24 hour service. After 48 hours, I received nothing except confrimation that the moeny had been deducted from my credit card. When I tried to get a full refund, they finally responded by saying they had sent the paper twice and I should look for it in my junk/spam folder. Of course all coorespondence I have had wih them in regards to a refund of have not gone to a junk folder. The so called 24 hour manned online help is never available. All calls to the phone number provided on the website go straight to voicemail and are not returned.

This was a very expensive lesson to learn, especially right before Christmas.
