Unprofessional, lacks customer service and possibly a scam. They sold me a terminal machine, kept telling me they were waiting on a part and would send it the following day. I called multiple times and received the same answer, so when I finally cancelled the order, they told me they would refund the charge. After several weeks later, they never did.
