Dear customer complain section;
please be advised that I have booked an hotel in france through your site booking.com and the cancellation condition was written very clearly and as per the attached received confirmation, that their is no cancellation fee is applicable if I cancel any time before two days of the arrival date.

surprisengly I have received a note from my bank that they have deducted one night, I got schocked as their is no reason for that specially I was not cancelling and still I just make the booking, so I felt that I have been stolen by that site, and descided to cancel to whole thing to be in the safe side without any fees as sent and as per the attached document confirmation, I am sorry to say that such a fraud system doesn't deserve to be trusted by anyone.
Please note that there was no charge fee on cancellation and I was obliged to cancel to avoid fraud deals, and as per the reservation confirmation attached received from your sides on booking, so kindly note that the deduction is considered as a fraud and I will take all my ways.
please do the needful to keep the trust with your site. as I am requesting to return the fraud money deducted from my account.
