I have used Terra West property Management since 1996 to manage my rental home. Ever thing was good until the last tenant to lease starting in Feb. 2004. Up until 2004 I would get a yearly report with picture about the property.There were three different property managers in 2004.There was a lot of maintenance work that took place starting the following month after this tenant moved in. When the tenant left there was no clean up done.A lot of item left behind--at least two pick up loads. Broken window, broken doors, hole in the wall, the yard was not kept up.He left leaving owing 6 months on the trash bill which falls back on the property owner.Here the good one, the carpet was replaced when he moved in, three years later it needs to be replaced again due to pets which were not allowed per the lease.It is a mess.

I moved back in temporary and had clothing and some personal item in boxes in the garage with signs on them that said property of "my name" do not touch.

I had sent a e-mail to Terra West with a list of Tennents caused damage which need to be repaired at tennants expense. I was clear that it was trash and debris that need to be taken away was located in the back yard.

They sent in a repair and maintenance crew that threw everything in the trash that was in my house. My clothes and personal items. I was gone for a week and when I got back it was gone. The maintenance that they authorized to do the cleaning tried to force open the garage door from the inside and bent it up, so it needs to be replaced now.

When I contacted Terra West, they said there was nothing they could do and that it was my fault for moving my belonging in there. Terra West and the Maintenance Co were in the wrong and they do not want to take care of there mistake and make it right.
