okay my name is terrance richardson and i apologize for emailing you about my problem i know your very busy. but it happened 12/05/09 around 1045 or 11 Im 24 young african american. i was driving down margarita rd which is in temecula california i made an illegal u turn but motorcycle cops werent visiable i didnt see any lights i turned the corner i parked my car which was by some houses and i got out and walk away from my car than the motorcycle police came pulled her gun out and told me to put my hands on my head which i corroperated than like a couple seconds to a minute later like 6 motorcycle police and 4 cop cars they had me on the ground at gun point scared for my life like if i would have budge they would have shoot me because all of them had their guns out. they told the passenger to get out which was my girlfriend 6 cops had her at gunpoint scared to death for her life. i was on the ground with a dog looking like it was ready to attack like all in my face they asked me if i had any guns, drugs, knives, any weapons and stick your tounge out were you drinking none of that happen and they didnt find one bad thing in my car they also questioned her the same things when they questioned me i answered which i was nervous which i told them my honest truth another cop quoted ( i dont believe your dam story we're getting tired of your lies. they also had the whole nieghborhood all near the police cars looking at us it was so humiliating for me and my girlfriend but we were so dangerous to have us at gun point with like 15 cops so why are the nieghbors all around us i felt like we were contractions at an amusement park . they also talk to my girlfriend asking her if she was my girlfriend and she said yes and they said are you sure you wanna be with a guy like that like i felt like they treated us like we robbed and killed somebody i thought maybe it was because i was a young african american and maybe they dont get action so they wanted to make a big sceen me and my girlfriend wiill be forever tramantize i dont even think we will be together anymore plus we asked for help im not from temecula i had a friend waiting for me at the mall and im from san diego they wouldnt even let me call him or at least give us good transportation my girlfriend lived their and easy couldve been taken home at least her and me some kind of transportation wouldve have been nice they told me we are adults which is true but they said since you are adults than you can find a ride home which they knew i wasnt from temecula so i feel tramatize and i mean something gotta happen for this i understand all the stuff i did but this for a illegal uturn thjats not right when i cooraperated to everything this was the worse day of my life .
