In July of 2008 Terri Speed performed a treatment on me with the product of "Lumineers".
She suggested to me this product because of the poor enamel condition of my teeth and grinding were wearing on my teeth (I also have TMJ).
Lumineers claims this product is reversible and I can go back to my normal teeth, Dr. Terri Speed has shaved my teeth so it is not an option to remove them and go back to my original teeth. When they fall off or shatter I have to replace at my cost since she no longer stands by her original work. Terri Speed charged $1350.00 a tooth times 10 teeth.
From July of 2008 to May of 2009 (10 months her website claims 2-3 easy visits) I have been making multiple visits to her office for repair and adjustments on the Lumineer work she has performed on my teeth do to falling off and shattered veneers.
I was informed by her staff that their was a 5 year guaranty on the Lumineer work by any dentist I choose to see since I was concerned about the work not holding up and moving out of state. Dental work still has fallen off with the last incident in January 2010. She refuses to reimburse me for my cost of repairs over the work she has already done. This is costing me twice. She will not talk to me on phone and her staff gives me the run around and informing me that I should not call the office anymore (this includes a phone call from her husband, which is known as BULLING.) As a consumer I would not suggest this dentist. She will take hours of your time in the chair not considering time you have to take off of work, I've seen patients squirm and grunt in pain while she works on them. While my experience was the roughest one I have ever experienced in a dentist chair in just doing fillings... by the way she also had to REDO since they fell out also.
