I have been facing problems continously in the billing right from 1st month.Apart from my regular followup nothing was rectified so finally i gave up.Today your customer care executive Mayur spoke very arrogantly when called,He certainly doesnt suit "customer care" profile.He point blank bluntly refused to connect me to the supervisior.All i can do is i will make sure that no body in my surroundings take reliance services.I will also write an mail to your Country Head in Mumbai.
It is disgusting client service that customers receive from relaince.
