I ordered a phone from the ebay member sweetsilvana. I knew the phone was refurbished, but expected it to work properly. This member, who upon research I have discovered is Frank Tetro, sent a phone that does not work. The phone will randomly shut itself down, and restart again only to turn off immediately. I sent the seller an email expressing my concerns, and he said try purchasing a new battery on ebay. I honestly think he directed me towards ebay so it would take longer and use up the short warranty on the phone. Also, the problem was clearly not a battery problem. His messages have no sign of customer service. I believe the only reason he has a high user rating is that he cons buyers into it buy offering a longer warranty. I wonder how many of those users end up sending back their product. I am sending mine in, but I fear he will just send it back without ever giving it a look.
