Received books, applied for job at post office, but they were not hiring. So I called Testing Authority and they said that I had to wait one year before I could get a refund. so I waited. Now I can't get a hold of them.

this was bought last year, they said you can get a full refund after a year, , , can't get in touch with no one, , , , demand full refund, thanks

I've read prior complaints of calling the number to get the refund promised and then getting a phone disconnected. I was charged $100 for the study guide plus a $30 for tax, S.&H expenses. The materials they sent got here quick but they outdated, and I recently found out that my local post office isn't associated with this company. I decided to call the number they provided but the phone number no longer existed.

At this point I have no other choice but to wait, and see if this situation gets resolved. It's not right that people looking to get hired are scammed like this. I wouldn't wish upon any other person looking for a job. My advice is be very critical of where you look and what information you sign.

they take your money and guarentee employment or a refund.
The website is bogus, and all 800 numbers are disconnected.

Ive spent all day researching and sombody needs to stop this. We all want our money back, this is unbelievable that there still out scamming on a daily basis??????
