I purchased the study materials for the postal examine through this company on June 28, 2008. I did not have any exams listed in this area for the entire year. I called up to get my refund back on the purchase and the number was no longer a working number. Please advise me on how I can go about getting my refund back. This is a unfair situation for people like myself to have to go through. We work hard for our money and for us to be taken advantage of is a crime.

I had seen an ad in a local paper saying that the post office was hiring. I called the number to order my materials to take the exam for the post office. The book was sent to my home and I studied for it. The instructions were that you would get a refund if A. you failed the exam, B. there were no jb openings within a year of your purchase of the materials, or C. you were hired and you completed your first week of work. After a year, there wasn't a job opening so I decided to call the testing authority to get my refund. When I called the number was no longer in service. So then I decide to get on their website to see if I could get my refund that way, and what do I see? There were lots of people saying that they had gotten ripped off by testing authority inc. I was also a victim of this fraud/scam. Now my only qeustion is who is going to resolve this and how do I get my money back that was illegally stolen from me?
