I SAW THE AD ON LINE AND CALL THE NOMBER THAT WAS ATTACH TO THE AD GOT THE CUSTOMER CARE THEY TOLE ME HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS WHEN THEY SEND ME THE BOOKLET I STUDY . WHEN I WAS FOR THE EXAM AND CALL THE THE 1800 NUMBER THEY ALL WAS NOT WORKING SO HOW DO I GET BACK MY MONEY? AND WHO CAN I TALK TO ABOUT THIS?

Testing Authority stole my money and this company is no longer around. The phone services are all invalid and the website is no longer running. I paid over $129.00 for this postal exam booklet and was never offered a testing date. This is a scam is there anyway to get my money back?

Recieved the materials but the book has a customer service number that you can call but the number was out of service. I was trying to contact the company but I ended up contacting the credit card agency to see who the company was. They was advertised in the Chicago Sun-Times paper. They with-drew $129.50 from my account. I would like a refund.

I called this number (1-800-709-0162) for an application with the local Post Office and was told I had to pay 120 dollars for the materials like the book to study for the Exam. When i searched if there was really a post office hiring, there was not and the back of the book said that participants can get their refund back if they didn't get hired, took and failed the test and if there were no hirings and there was none. So i called the lady and she told me I have to wait a year for a refund (weird...because why a year?) and its been a year now and their phone is suprisingly disconnected and the website was cut off?? I really need that 120 dollars back especially at this economic times. I think its just wrong what these horrible people are doing to innocent ones like myself who are just trying to find a decnt job. I must admit I am a fool for even trusting these companies. If i could turn things back I would have never called. PLease Help

I purchased their book and it was outdated. The material no longer covers the USPS exam. They know the material is antiquated and continue to sell it. The will not refund my money!!! I have been trying to get reimbursed for over 3 months. It is a scam and they are lying to the customers.
