Dear sir/madam

There is a jet wash at my local Texaco station, which I have used once a week up until
recently, then the manager then told me that I could not use this facility as the appliance
was broken, then one day when I saw some one using it just before I arrived I thought that the appliance
had been repaired but he then told me that he did not want me to use the jet wash on my off road trials bike
as it could leave the area muddy and carried on to tell me that they are already being taken to court as some
one had slipped on some mud.
I think this is untrue and I also think it was just another excuse. Yes I do agree that my bike or any other off road
Vehicle can carry more mud than the average vehicle however all the dirty water and loose mud drains to the centre
Underneath the vehicle and is washed away I think in some cases’ there could be some mud splash marks maybe
on the adjacent wall .
I know when some one is lying to me and I believe the truth is that he does not want to manage this area or have to
Maybe clean or inspect the area so I am now slightly put out as I have to travel further away to clean my bike

This is a shame as I use this garage sometimes daily and always re fuel there as it is on my daily route.
However I could always drive to Sainsbury’s for fuel but its not completely convenient for me.

Please can you confirm with me that off road or dirty vehicles can not use this facility that you offer and
If so can there be a sign in place to say that muddy vehicles are not welcome.
