I have just been to put diesel in my car and when I paid for it and returned to the car, it didn't register any fuel. I asked the person behind the counter to check the pump for me but he refused and said he would give me a receipt, which he did. He then said that as I had a receipt it meant the fuel had been purchased. I asked to speak to a manager but he refused and then got quite personal by saying that he had better things to do and nicer people to look at than me. I was very offended with his comment and do intend to take this matter further as he said that there is a camera in the building and I am going to prosecute him for defemation of character. I will also never use a Texaco service station again and I will make his comments public knowledge and ensure that none of my family, friends or colleagues do either.
I suggest that you vet your staff more thoroughly before employing them and allowing them to us your name as it is giving Texaco a bad name.
I would like this email to be taken as an official complaint.
