Putting God and business together
I went in about a car I saw online an 06 avalon limitedI then went to test drive it and noticed it was the wrong car they said they would give me a great deal so they said 21000 now keep in mind that its an 06 with 60, 000 miles and thats including my trade in for 3000 I asked for my key back and I could see they were upset so as im walking to my truck I realized I left my docs so I went back to get them. The sales mgr saber came out and walked me to his office and pointed at the bible and said do u know wht that this I said yes. Then he tells me thats who he serves and all this that im coming in with he binds it and and all these spirits I bind it cuz I serve a higher power. At this point im crying bwcause I know I was professional throughtout the whole sale. He then comes out as im leaving and hes trying to get me deal and I told him I dnt want to do business with them after how I was treated he kept going down on the price so I said ok but I will finance it through my credit union cuz I cant have them do it after the way I was treated well here it is they arent paying my truck off as agreed and getting the car for 15000 as agreed so im taking them their car back today.

Misrepresentation
The story I am about to tell is the 100% truth, and is meant to warn all to beware if dealing with Texas Toyota of Grapevine Texas.
I was in the market for a new Tundra Platinum. I found one on autotrader, A salesperson named Alex responded to my request, and offered to sell me a 2011 Tundra for several thousand dollars less than any other dealer I spoke to. We negotiated a deal with my trade in, and applied for credit. ALL this was being via e-mail. After I was approved, I was told we were all set, and we began to make arrangements for me to pick the truck up. 10 minutes later, I was told that the exact truck I wanted (red) was only available via dealer trade, and it had $1000 of accessories already installed. I agreed to pay the additional, since they were installed. Since it was to be a 15 hour drive to get to Dallas, we exchanged at least 20 e-mails that week to confirm all details, and prices. I even received a break down of all costs from the F&I manager. I called before I left, and was told the truck arrived, and just needs to be cleaned. 15 hours later I arrived at the dealer to find the truck did not have any of the additional accesories installed. The next morning I returned to the dealer for delivery. I was then shown a different buyers order that showed a payment of $100 more a month. After going thru 3 other managers, and being told that my salesgirl was crying, and couldn't face me, they argeed to honor the price I was given in writing. I was then told that they would fire her, and make her pay the price difference. I didn't flinch. Another hour later, they realized I wasn't going to fold, they came back and told me that although I was approved by Toyota for 0%, "I didn't qualify"?? After another hour and 2 more managers, they refused to honor their word, and told me they would offer a whole tank of gas for my troubles. So, I drove 15 hours back home, and e-mailed the owner. His response was, "too bad". Please keep this in mind if you are looking to purchase a new Toyota in Dallas. If you check the BBB rating, thet score an "F". My mistake for not checking this prior to leaving.
I did purchase a great new Crew Max Rock Warrior at Ron Hibbard Toyota in Nashville today, and had a great experience.

I went to the Texas Toyota on Sep 11 with offer price of the car VIN 4T4BE46K09R088324 $16788 out of door price but manager Mike and Tony Gonzalez reject my offer price. I left the office around 8:00 pm. The next day the original sale person Kevin Casey called me several time and negotiate the out of door price $17664 at 5:56 PM. I drove my car with my check to pick up the car, when I arricve the used car office, Kevin is not there but Craig assist me and told me he is going to have the car wash and be ready. Me and My friend Scoot waited over there for one hours, he comes back told me the general manager not agree with the price and the deal is off. Kevin Casy is not there and General Manger is not there and there is no one that I can complian the situation. They are discrimation because my race, the original sales person Kenneth and the manager Tony saw me did not say a word, please help me to resolved the situation. I do not mind if the deal can not make it but please do not ask customer spend 45 mins of drive and one hour of waiting and get nothing clear.
