Horrible Customer Service from the Manager
I am visiting from another state, in the city for work. I went to your restaurant with 3 other colleagues. Our waitress (I can't remember her name) was amazing! I ordered the pecan-crusted chicken salad. Let me preface that with saying that I had only had a cup of coffee all day and was starving! Our orders came, I took two small bites of the salad and noticed a long black hair in my food. I waited for our server, showed it to her and her reaction was priceless, she was apologetic and took the salad to her manager. The "manager" came back with the salad in an accusatory tone stating that no one on her staff had hair like was in the salad. I was taken aback by her attitude and accusation. She asked me what I wanted, I told her I just wanted the salad without hair and if another could be prepared that would be great. She walked away. After discussing my exchange with the manager, my coworker suggested that maybe she would just remove the hair and give me the same salad. I quickly called the server over and had her cancel the salad order and to give me an order of chicken fingers instead. I was appalled by the manager, who should be well-trained to handle situations, I hadn't asked for anything, I just wanted to have lunch. I will be posting my experience on every website I know to tell others not to go to your establishment if that's how the paying customers are to be treated!
