Sir,
We are writing to report an incident that occurred during hardly few minutes before our entering in tube from departure to BANGKOK in flight no. TG 345 on 26 Oct 2010. I have always been a loyal patron of Thai Airline, but this recent incident has spurred me to file a formal complaint and obtain monetary compensation for my grievances.
Sir when we reached at departure gate No. D-7, after taking our boarding pass, a flight duty Officer at that time on duty, he was stopped us and demanded under table money (Thai Bath 10000/-) for clearance of those things we purchased by a duty free shop. When, we object on his demand, in this way, he took our all things without issue a luggage tag/pass. We purchased all legal items like juices, chock lets, jewelry food drinks e.t.c amounting approximately Us$ 2000/- from there and also have payment bills of those items but he was not taking seriously. They didn’t considered our all arguments and also insult us in bad manners. It was a pre planed issue because he stopped us just few minutes before of departure and all crew of the flight are witness.
So please contact us before November 5th 2010 to confirm that my requests will be honored. If I do not hear from you by then, I will report this incident to the Thai Conciliate General or IATA.
