I bought Golden Jasmine Rice from Thanh Hung Asian Market on 10/5/2008. After a couple of weeks, when I was about to open the sack, I could see rice bugs hanging on the thread that stiches the pack. So didn't even try to open it.
Today on 11/11/2008, when I was said that they wouldn't take my purchance back as it was already past 7 days.
I haven't even opened the pack. I would like to know what I can do?
