responded to commerical as viewed on tv one sunday night and thought for 9.99, and a 15 day free trail, I'd give it a try just for what they where advertising, Got this guy on the phn. (My cell phone of which I wasn't going to burn up my minutes listening all over again to the very dam commerical that got me to call in the first place.) And I most readily conveyed this to the person on the other end. And diffinitely, in no uncertain terms, in very plain english let him know that I'm not interested in anything else accept what was advertised on your commerical. And that I will not be expecting anything else (no other products or charges to my account. It took all of 3wk.s and some days before I received the Trail offer. after 1wk. and 6 days I found that it didn't product for me the desired results or affects I expected. I called back to make sure that they where aware of my decision to not order more and she (the COW that answer'd the phn. clearly lied and said OH we've since that out YEA on the very day I called to Cancel
Please. Then after inquiring about billing and personal recousre was plainly passed off to (I gusess what was supposed to be the closer who then had the gaul to suggest that I take more time, We'll send you more ( of what | THAT ! That I don't want under any circumstances )
Whats worse is how these people can seemly go undetected by commerce agencies, and other governmental safeguard, and supposed watchdogs and never so much as even get a screening before the prey on the unsuspecting public. I came to your site and found all the dissatisfied people whom had same if not worse circumstances with this shytster ASS company. I found what prove to be a relief in one of your respondents, and followed his advice (Block the ACCOUNT).
I am still hagling with the bank to make sure these AH's don't get away with my money.
