dating in the office
I want make a complain about The Allied Network dating service. They match up to people in my office who are dating and its uncomfortable for every one in my office for workers to be carring on like this. The hole office nows whats going on and its bad for the company. The Allied Network is suposed to be a profesional dating company and should not match up too people in the same office. Now the woman is getting away with not working because her boyfriend is best friends with the manager. None else gets treated like this exept her. Every one think this is unfair but the boss wont do any thing about it. A profesional dating agency shouldnt be matching up people in same office it is bad for all workers in the office and the company to.

A Bad Company
I am SO angry!! I gave it until this week; 3 chances after all of the promises. Well, enough is enough; they've proved themselves to be a terrible company and a sham making empty promises. Brutal.
I paid close to $5000 for nothing. Now, drained financially and emotionally, I just want my money back.!!! They didn't deliver what they promised, not even close. And I really only asked for the basics, reasonable requests, really. Well, I got set up with an alcoholic, and then a smoker - I'm a non smoker who asked for a non smoker. This isn't brain surgery.
I have no idea how they get away with this. I tried to give them another, and then another chance. This is brutal now, and now I'm pissed. Looks like I'm not the only one, this company should be out of business!!!.
I had a sinking feeling after my first conversation with 'the matching department' whatever that is, after my meeting with the saleswoman. I haven't even met with these people who are setting me up, and they've done such a bad job!!. Like they're totally stabbing in the dark. I still can't get over this. It should be much easier than this. Not to brag, but I have alot going for me, just hadn't had luck in the bars, and I'm such a busy person. I thought hey, why not, it sounds like they could really hlep me. I can't believe the scam I fell into. I just straight up believed them.
Lawsuit indeed, I'm going to check out every avenue legally, small claimes, the BBB. I've had no success in trying to get a refund from them, and can't even get a manager to return my calls!!!
Stay away if you haven't joined! Cut your losses if you have.

poor service/scam complaint
Wow, am I ever glad to have a venue to voice my complaint about The Allied Network. It seems as though there are many people who also feel they have been scammed by this terrible dating company. They really promised me so much, and after the contract was signed, and my very high fee went through, I couldn't get any of the service that they seemed to promise. I tried to go in to see the salesperson again, and could never get an appointment with her. And I actually couldn't get back into the building!!! Talk about a scam. The first date that they set me up with was so far from what I was looking for, and I didn't know or meet with the person who did the set up. I just felt and feel so lied to and taken. What a bad thing to do when in the dating/relationship/romantic service industry. They just didn't care at all after they got their money, and the price was so high. I was duped and I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone at all. I see that there is a lawsuit against the Allied Network in progress, and I've heard from another source now that the woman I think is a Susan Simpson. I think there is a way to contact her; I may get in on this. And/or the Better Business Bureau, and/or Small Claims Court. On the one hand I want to forget about this experience and move on, on the other hand I don't want them to get away with it, and maybe help others from also having to go through the same experience. What a waste of money and time and hope and energy. I could have done this with a better company. My conclusion for sure, they are scammers out for your buck and doing the bare minimum to meet the contract requirements, which has a ton of loopholes for them to get out of actually providing the service they promised. Complaint filed and hopefully heard for any potential customers to stay away from this 'Allied Network'. I also heard later (darn!) that there was a CBC expose piece on them. Seems they should be out of business, but not yet.

Horrible service and experience
I am just so drained right now, from this whole experience with The Allied Network. It's so embarassing too, to face and to write about because it's such a personal thing, wanting love, romance and a life partner for myself. I'm in my late 50's getting up there, and I feel so alone and I just wanted to find a man who was right for me. Is that so wrong?
It feels so badly, that a woman and a company who promised me so much, couldn't care less. How could they be so careless with me? How could they have lied to me so much? I'm embarassed to say, but I paid $5000 for 5 dates. How ridiculous is this!! I know it now, but at the time, I felt so needy and lonely, and they said that they could help.
When someone is telling you that they can completely find you what you're looking for, with love, well, it's hard not to want to believe. I wanted to believe it, and they just took advantage of me. Now it's not so much the money - it is, but it's more than that, seeing this side of people that would do this. How callous. And when I was and am at my weakest.
I will get through this, I will. But really, they never called me, and I had to pester them for any service at all!!! Then they set me up with men who were in a completely different ball park than I had expressed; no offense to these men at all. I'm not being arrogant, but it was so hard to see that they just weren't even listening to what I had said, and didn't care about what they told me they would do for me. I've heard of many complaints now, and I recommend that you stay a million miles away from this company. I can't say anything about other companies, I've heard some might be good; but this one is a fraud.

They completely scammed me
I can't believe how badly this company scammed me. They promised me that they would find me someone amazing for me; a perfect fit just as I described to them. I'm honest, professional and have a good head on my shoulders. I was so clear about the type of person I was looking for. Not asking for much, just a good fit for me. Not too hard.
From the beginning, it was obvious that they didn't give a dam; and set me up with just about anyone - nowhere near what I asked for. It was unbelieveable how different my dates were from wat I was asking. It's like they didn't hear anything at all that I'd asked for. I was totally shocked.
I kept complaining and it didn't change. I spoke with a different person every single time and none of these people knew me. It was so sad, and really got me down to be totally honest. Shame on them for messing with me, and I would guess people when they're we're just trying to find love.
It was a horrible experience and I wouldn't recommend this company at all.
