Had to wait 12 weeks for ordered furniture
My wife and I have been waiting 12 weeks for the furniture that we bought at the Baby's Room in Novi. My wife spoke to them 3 days ago and asking about when our furniture would be arriving. She was told someone would be calling her and they never did. We decided to drive to the store today and we found approximately 10 angry customers standing outside the locked doors of the store. There was also a Novi Policeman on scene. The end result today is that the business is in bankruptcy, according to the officer who was talking to the owner, and they are curently attempting to get a vendor in to the store to deliver the previously purchased items. My advice is to cancel your order with your crfit card company and start looking elsewhere.

Stay away

Bad service
My cousin told me not to go there, should've listened! I purchased two convertible cribs, 1 chest, 1 combo, 1 dbl dresser & an Armoire because I'm having twins, yay! Well it's not so yay now because I'm due in August & no furniture or feedback, & them filing bankruptcy! I paid half cash, & the other half with a check which came to a whopping $4200.00! I'm so upset, now I got word that the owner died as of July 22, 2009! It's never good news to hear of someone's death, so my prayers goes out to the fam! However, we have to evaluate the situation, sometimes, a person can do too much to move on & definitely too much to go back! Wow, I know the family is really hurting now!
