Sent badly broken furniture

This company sent us a badly broken media chest nearly one month ago. Eventhough I did what they told me to get a new media chest, I've gotten nothing and they do not return any calls or emails. I filled out their claim form and sent photos of the damaged furniture.

I could not even reach an individual until I called back with a different phone. They seem to be blocking my home phone ever since I first called to say product was damaged.

Do not order from them whatever you do. It looks like they've come up with a couple of umbrella names since they are so disreputable.

Do not order from this store!

Do not order from this store! I ordered a nightstand over one month ago and I still haven't received it. They refuse to refund my order since they have it in "shipped" status. The problem is they have only initiated a FedEx slip but it was never scheduled for shipping. Customer service has been awful. I have been hung up on twice, was told once that they would call me back so I didn't have to sit on hold and never received a return call. I was also told that I would receive a new tracking number within the same day and of course that never happened. I no longer trust a thing they tell me and and going to have to contest the charges on my credit card since they charged me before the product even shipped. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB.
