prime voice mail charges on Verizon
I am being charged for a service I have NOT authorized through Verizon by The Billing Resource. I call the number they provide and it is always "all circuits are busy" message. I want to be reimbursed for these charges for the last 4 monthjs and I want the charges to stop. This is FRAUD and Verizon is aiding and abetting as well.

I NERVER ORDER EXTRA SERVICES TO MY HOME PHONE AND THEY CHARGE ME $ 18.83 AND I DON' T KNOW FOR WHAT IS THIS SERVICE, WHEN I CALL THE PHONE # 1800 736 7500 THEY NEVER ANSWER.

Unauthorized charges on my phone bill
We were being charged between $17.00 and $18.00 a month, for enhanced long distance calling. This is a service that we did not ask for. We never gave our permission for this company to start charging us for this service. This should be an illegal practise. We did get a refund from AT&T. Now we have to contact The Billing Resource, ( I have heard this not easy to do ) and tell them do not charge us anymore. Always check your monthly billing statement! unauthorized charges
Our AT&T May 7th bill contained an unauthorized charge from "The Billing Resource - Talent and More, LLC#". We have no idea who either entity is. We suspect they are the same . Beware of billing from either company and carefully watch your phone invoices.

Fraud and scam
This months AT&T Bill brought a new surprise charge of $9.95 from The Billing Resource on behalf of Infosource USA (telemarketing co) despite having requested to have all 3rd party bills blocked. Infosource had called my company despite being on the do not call list, and we did not request any services from them (usually we politely declined and hung up) despite the way the call 'was verifying information only.'
Of course on receipt of the bill I did a google search and Ripoff Report came right up with similar horror stories. Since this is the 3rd time this has occurred I was angry enough to post this report in hopes that occasionally some Federal or State Telephone regulator would use google and investigate this type of ripoff.

USABD INTERNET SOLUTION
DO NOT KNOW WHAT THE BILLING RESOURCE IS OR ANYTHING ABOUT USABD INTERNET SOLUTIONS ARE OR IS AND THEY CHARGED A MONTHLY FEE OF $49.95 ON MY PHONE BILL AND WHEN I CALLED SHE SAID SHE HAD ME RECORDED. SHE SAID I ORDERED THIS IN SEPT. BUT THERE WAS NOT ANY CHARGES ON MY OCT. BILL. AND SHE WILL NOT CREDIT MY ACCOUNT BUT WOULD CANCEL IT. I TOLD I WILL NOT PAY IT.

Stealing money
Charging for NetOpus Silver Internet Monthly Fee of $34.95. When AT&T was charging us $54.95. For Internet service we did not even have or approve. The company charging this $34.95 is The Billing Resource. They can be reached at 1-888-296-8079. When you get a live voice. It's some damn foreigner that does not speak very good English. Be aware of The Billing Resource. And your local phone company.
