I am writing here because it has been impossible to get in contact with The Body Shop - L'oreal through their online inquiry and complaint forms.
I have tried to contact them in three separate occasions leaving my name and contact information and they never bothered to reply. This is very rude.
I am satisfied with the quality of their products and wanted to ask if it was possible to do a franchise of this brand to begin selling in South America. I am very interested in doing this by opening a shop or implementing "The Body Shop at Home" sales system they have recently created. L'oreal has almost all their product lines available here except for The Body Shop. I would like to know why.
Why does a large company like L'oreal that owns all these brands doesn't care about its customers opinions?
