This is the type of company that expects the customer to work for them instead of actually working for their customers. They advertised a great price on an electronic item and I purchased it online, got an order number, provided my credit card details, called in and confirmed the order and was told that my order would ship out right away. After 1 week with no shipping notice I called back in and was treated very rudely by the phone agent and was commanded to provide my order number. I was told only that they don't have this item. The agent would not provide any more info and would not answer any of my questions. It took two more weeks to get out of them that the item was backordered. After 4 weeks they finally admitted that tey had the item in stock but very very rudely told me that they didn't want to send my the item and that they didn't want my money and treated me in a disgustingly rude manner. They bait people with great prices to get people to their site but won't honor any sales that they agreed to. Also they treat customers with content. Spend a little more somewhere else and get treated properly. Don't bother with these crooks.
