Staff and doctors at The Doctor iz in in West New York lack professionalism and passion to help patients.

One nurse who was helping the receptionist almost turned me away when I showed up for my annual complete physical b/c she simply didn't know what she was talking about.

I saw the doctor that night anyway but b/c of the ordeal I had to go through with this nurse, my blood pressure went up. Then the doctor tells me not to eat Italian or Chinese food. I see. All Chinese and Italians have high blood pressure. Good to know.

I should have stopped going there then, but I didn't learn the lesson, I went in two weeks later for my OB-GYN annual.

One nurse practitioner couldn't do my pap test right, so she called a doctor. The result came in later saying 'not enough tissue sample'. I was asked to come in again. This is when I finally realized I should go somewhere else.

I hoped I'd no longer hear from them asking to make another appointment for the second Pap test.

Not so lucky.

A month later, I received a bill from them for the OB-GYN appointment stating the insurance declined the payment.

I KNOW my insurance cover one complete physical and one OB-GYN in one calendar year.

I called my insurance company to verify that information and I was right. They said the Doctor Iz In billed it wrong.

I talked to the receptionist about fixing this issue, she said she'd see what she could do. This is three weeks ago.

Yesterday, I received the same bill again.

Does anyone in your office do their work right?

Or you think that by sending the same bill over and over would get me to give in and pay you?? Is that your work ethic?

No wonder staff don't last in your office long.
