The waiter was kind enough to retrieve the manager, however all he really offered was a new bowl of soup and to let me know, it's a good thing you didn't have a bug in your soup. Later to my surprise I was still charged for the soup. After speak to Owner Simon Curtis I was given a nice discount on my bill, but I still left the restaurant Hungry and with a very bad taste in my mouth. I was disappointed because I heard and expected better food and better service.
