I have been having a problem with my mail man putting my mail "in" my mail box on my porch. Mostly all summer, if he doesnt feel lik climbing my to flights of steps he'll throw my mail on the porch or on my lawn rain or shine! I am physically disabled and most of my mail is crucial to my physical health, Doc appts. Etc. But now after I caught him maliciously throwing my mail with a "smile" he went back to the office and told them I had a vicious dog on my porch and I have debris blockin my mailbox. I have called and complained 3 times and the third time I got snide, snippy nasty comments on how he is well within his rights not to deliver my mail, and Thst I have ten days to move my mail box. I dont own my house and it is permanently affixed to my wall. I have 3 plastic lawn chairs on my porch and my dog lives in my back yard. If u ever saw himyou'd wanna touch him. He's an American Eskimo fully shaved down, 9-10 yrs old and completely BLIND! He also lied and said I had a vicious dog preventing him from delivering my mail. I also requested the post office to send a supiervisor out to disprove the mail man but he never showed. It has been two weeks, where is my mail?? How can I pay my bill and rent?? Where's my justice???????
