Had an appointment at 9 still waiting at 12:30
Two days ago I called the Glasss Doctor to repair chips in my auto windshield. Set up appointment for Sat at 9am. Still waiting at it is past 12:30. When I called they said other customers with emergencies are being serviced first. They never called I had to. The man said they never made a solid appointment then why did the salesperson ask me what time 9, 10 etc.. He essentially called me a liar. I have a corporate position with a large company. We would never treat our customers this way. I called a competitor of The Glass Doctor. They told me they never put one client's needs above the other. It is first come, first serve. Instead of doing the things I need to get done on my day off I am still waiting. if you value your days off and your time do not call them!

Bad customer service
Two days ago I called the Glass Doctor set up appointment at my home for Saturday to repair cracks in my windshield for 9am. It is now 12:53 and still waiting. Called several times, they said had some glass emergencies and put them before my appointment. I had to call them. They promised 10am, 11, 12 etc... and I am still waiting. They also told me they normally do not set up a solid time. The girl asked me what time 9, 10, 11 etc.. I chose 9am. He implied that I was a liar. I hold a corporate position at a large company. We would never treat our customers this way. Called a competitor of The Glass Doctor and they told me they never put one customer above the other. Guess emergencies pay more. I have waisted my whole day off. Did not want to make an appointment with another since need to go out later and don't want crack to spread. Never call these people to repair your glass. They have no customer service and do not care about their customers. Not even enough to call you. They do not have common decency.
