I check my account as i do daily and realize that my account was in the negative. when i did more research this company had taken money from my account without my permission. when i phone yhe bank to see what was going on and if the had a number because the number that was on my statement was not valid. the bank tried to phone the same number and nothing. thank God, someone was trying to confirm my order from a different company that grant resource had hire and when i explain to them what the provlem was, they stated thay they onlyconfirm order and get more information. they gave me two numbers to call and IMG when i did. you talk about scary. SCARY. i spoke with a mike and began telling him what was going on he was rude and was telling me that well if i didn't do someoene in my household took the call when they call. which is a LIE, my children are in school at that time and i am at work until six. however, i said okay can i please speak with a manager because i did not guve permission for this to happen and he lept going on then he finally said HOLD ON, he put this person on the phone name JEnnifer and when you speak about customer service OMG NONE, she did not care, she was not tring to find a solution. and basiclly told me oh well and deal with it, so yes i was very upset, in tears and i stated to JENNIFER that "you people are going to burn in hell because this is stealing and this JENNIFER person went off the deep end and CUSS me out and stated yes we will burn in and we steal very well and hung up, so i call back, jennifer must was looking at the caller id because she pick up and stated "what you haven't gotten enough" and hung up again., so i call back again she pick up and just held the phone i was saying hello, hello, hello then jennifer hung up again. i am a single parent living check to check and i can not afford for anyone to be taken money from. this has cause my account to go into the negative and now i have to wait two weeks before the bank can do anything with the process plus on top of that, that was all the money that was in my account. NOW WHAT, MY CHILDREN AND I HAVE TO SUFFER. SOMEONE PLEASE RAID THIS PLACE AND SHUT THEM DOWN FAST. we are already living in a situation with the way that the world is going now.
