I spent 59.90 for business opportunity with the Home Employment Agency. I thought it would be a good way to boost my income. Anyways, they told me that my job was to list the products they had to offer on ebay. They said that I would not have to deal with customer relations and that they would deal with the shipping and handling of the customers products ordered. Well, not only did I have lousy training and not shown how to properly list the items ( I was only given training as if I were starting my own ebay business, not how things are done with the home employment agency) but the people who purchased the items I listed complained to me instead of the home employment agency. These customers never got their items and the feedback from these customers has ruined my credibility to sell anything further on ebay. Nobody wants to bid on any of the items I sell on ebay all because the home employment agency did not hold up their end of the bargain. One of the customers actually filed a case against me on ebay because of this. They need to be more straightforward about what the responsibilities of the listing agents are to be.
