The Lease Outlet will not return my refundable deposit. They took advantage of me because I have never leased a car before. I found the same car for 4k cheaper. The sales guy was a smooth talker and pretended he was my friend until I asked for the deposit back. Then he hung up on me.

I just want the deposit back. I need it for bills and to buy a new car.

I sold a car under consignment with these guys and 6 weeks later they still have not paid me. Every week they will reassure you they will pay you next week and something always comes up. Everything you HATE about dealing with car sales people is all wrapped up into one bad expeirence after another with these guys!!! BE WARNED DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
