I sent them my money for a loan modification and I was outraged that they absolutely did nothing for my loan and my family as they said they would. I thought i was going to lose my house. Fortune hit me however and i found a guy that just started a modification business with some lawyers that were really good and kept me aware of everything. I was so relieved. They do charge a fee however they allowed me to make payments and I am able to keep my home now. The bank has just called today and offered me a 5.25% rate from9% adjustable. Now it is a fixed rate and all my missed payments are rolled over to the end of my Mortgage. i reccomend them to anyone looking for a good family owned business that has the ability to really help people fix their situations. they are called American Loan Modification Group LLC based in Lake Mary, FL. I have checked into this loan modification group that wanted $1650 to get me an adjustable rate. I have tried to refinance to be turned down. I received a call from this company and they faxed me the information for me to sign and fill out. I was a little sceptical so my husband went to our local bank and they investigated it for us and told us that this is a scam... so needless to say we stayed away from it. Who has $1650 to loose these days and times

I am in foreclosure and saw this ad in my local Penny-save <back cover full page>..I am supposed to fill out forms including a 'specific power of attorney one transaction only' along with my last $1650. This is supposed to get a lawyer down in Florida named Daniel H Fox-2875 ne 191st st adventura, Florida 33180. There is a lawyer there by that name <Http:www.yellowpages.com/info-BS320245434/fox-daniel-h/reviews> but I cannot find this business in the BBB, the Hicksville, NY Chamber of Commerce, etc. I need to save my house for myself and my senior handi-capped mother and I do need a response and.or a company you can reccomand is reliable. thank you very much for your time. sincerely mark luftig
