I applied online for a pay day loan a week ago. But never received any approval from any loan company. On February 13 while I was on vacation in the Caribbean I decided to check my account to see my balance and saw a pending amount of $390 from the Loan shop. I was very surprise because I never received any loan from this company. I tried several times contacting the telephone number that was listed on my statement for the company but had no luck. I decided to call my bank and dispute the amount. I was informed that since its pending they actually have to wait until the charge go through before they can put through the claim. The charge actually went through on 02/14 so I am waiting for my bank to send me some forms I need to fill out in order to get my money back. How dear Loan Shop for doing this. Don't they think I would notice the debit amount ($390) not $3.90. Even then I would still notice. With how things is so hard with the economy. I can't afford to loose a penny. I understand that if I had receive a loan that I definitely have to pay but I never received one cent from those people. I want my money back.

These crooks withdrew 650.00 out of my checking account. I went into a credit counseling program and was told by these people that as soon as they received my debt management info. they would stop debiting my account. Guess what, I sent them all of the information via email and even got an email back saying thanks for getting it to them so quickly. Now they would send it to the collections dept and they would work out payment plans. They didn't they debited my account 650.00 and now I have been disputing this with the bank. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS
