This company is a online payday loan. All of a sudden there was a ach debit from my account for $100.00, which over drew my checking account. I called the bank and found out who it was. This was US Bank, the representative I spoke with said we had to go on a 3 way call with this company. When The loan shoppe rep answered and we asked about this he started screaming and yelling stating oh well you owe the money. Then Us Bank paid it. Then the loan shoppe called me back 3 days later telling me that I was not going to dictate how I paid them and they did not care if the bank account was over drawn. He then told me they were going to debit it again, I advised him that the money would not be there, his response was oh well. The next day they did it again for $165.00 which just added to the fees and the overdraft. I have filed an appeal with the bank stating these charges were not authorized. We will wait and see what the bank does.
