money scam

i applied for a loan with the loan supermarket they took £99.99 from my bank account with out my peremission. i phoned on a number of occasions and was told to talk to the admin department i was left on hold for 20 minutes before i decided to end the call i also wrote to the company demanding my money back and never got no reply from 10.06.09 its been 28 day the number is now unavailable and there is no sign of me gettin my money back.

carter and carter

Loans supermarket is the site that promotes carter and carter so I am quite sure that they are fully aware of the scam that is caused by this company.Why have they allowed this company to trade under their site heading unless they are scammers too?
Why is loans supermarket still allowed to trade when they promote scammers?
